A 10% deposit secures your booking and accommodation, payable in Euros or Moroccan Dirhams — this amount is deducted from your final balance, and your tour is officially confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance can be settled any time before arrival, or in cash (EUR or MAD) on arrival.
Credit and debit card payment via a secure payment link (no additional fees), or PayPal (a 5% fee applies to cover processing charges). The remaining balance can also be paid in cash, in EUR or MAD, on arrival.
More than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. Between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 75% of the total tour cost is charged. Less than 15 days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total tour cost is charged. In exceptional circumstances — such as travel restrictions — we'll do our best to offer flexible solutions like rescheduling or credit toward future travel.
No — every Signature Journey is entirely private. You'll have your own driver-guide and private vehicle for your party alone, from Casablanca airport pickup to final drop-off.
Yes — because each journey is private, you choose your own start date rather than joining a fixed departure. If you'd like the route itself reshaped around your interests, a Tailor-Made trip can be built from scratch instead.
Yes — with a private driver-guide accompanying you throughout, solo travelers get personal attention and support at every stop without needing to join a group of strangers.
Accommodation, a private guide, ground transport, and select meals and experiences as outlined per itinerary. International flights are not included.
Yes, airport transfers are included for all Signature Journeys and Tailor-Made trips.
